Macau, SAR, June 22, 2009 — Before a packed house of casino operators and hospitality executives, Tom Wucherer, co-founder of YWS, shared his ideas on "Going Green: Sustainable Construction for Casino Projects" at Global Gaming Expo - Asia. Drawing from years of experience on a wide variety of international leisure and hospitality projects, Wucherer shared his insight on market demands for sustainability, land utilization, operational efficiency and reduced construction costs. "When developers talk about going green, many think that 'green' means it will cost more money. That's simply not the case. At YWS, we have successfully designed projects that not only integrate leisure as the overriding concept, but also include eco-friendly materials and energy efficient designs," Wucherer said.
